That’s why we are officially kicking off our weekly Community Spotlight to honor the true anchors of our area!
We are incredibly proud to announce our very first Community Anchor Award winner: Decatur County itself—specifically all of our hardworking county employees! 🌟

From the highway department crews keeping our roads safe, to the utility workers, emergency services, and courthouse staff who keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes—you all are the backbone of this community.
