Good morning everyone,

As we navigate this busy season, we want to gently remind everyone how our intentional, waste-free kitchen operates. To ensure that every single item is baked fresh specifically for you with absolutely zero waste, we work strictly on a mid-week pre-order system.

Our digital store is open for weekly orders starting Monday morning and closes promptly on Wednesday at 5:00 PM. Once the mid-week window closes, we transition entirely into production mode, ready for our community pickup window on Friday at 567 Parker Head Road in Phippsburg.

We are so grateful to be a part of your weekly routines, and we can’t wait to bake your next favorite loaf!

Our digital doors are currently open for orders from Monday morning until Wednesday afternoon at 5:00 PM. During this window, you can head to our official website to browse our rotating menu—including our authentic German quick breads, rich molasses Bauernbrot, crisp Joghurtkruste, and fresh cinnamon rolls—and reserve exactly what you need for your table. Once the mid-week ordering window closes, our kitchen transitions entirely into production mode for our community pickup day on Friday. You can collect your fresh orders directly from our designated Phippsburg pickup point at 567 Parker Head Road, or enjoy the convenience of coordinated regional delivery if you are a wholesale or catering partner.
Looking ahead, after the peak summer season wraps up, we will be expanding our model to be open online every day. This shift will give our year-round neighbors and partners maximum flexibility to place orders whenever the craving for authentic, scratch-made European baking strikes.

Honoring Memorial Day and a Huge "Thank You!" 🇺🇸

The Pelzer will be closed today and tomorrow (Monday) in observance of Memorial Day. We will be taking these days to reflect and spend time with family.

I want to send out a massive thank you to everyone who stopped by the honor-system stand this past weekend! I'm incredibly humbled to report that I sold out of all our bakery products.

I also want to apologize to those who came by and were disappointed that there was nothing left. I am baking up a storm tomorrow to make sure I'm fully stocked with all your favorites.
