Chef Tre has garnered local and national acclaim, earning a spot in 225 Magazine's esteemed Class of 2024 People to Watch. As chef and co-owner, Tremaine honed his skills at the Louisiana Culinary Institute, mastering the intricacies of the culinary world. Before launching his first branded concept, Tre's Street Kitchen, he served as Executive Chef at The Little Village in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Under the mentorship of esteemed chefs like Ryan Andre, John Lundin, and Darrell Harris, Tremaine cultivated a wealth of experience and expertise.

1,000 bottles of Tre's Street Sauce, packed up and on the way to a VIP client in Dallas! 🚚🔥

We teamed up with our local glass supplier to make this one happen, and we inscribed Galatians 6:9 on a few of the boxes in this shipment: "Let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not." That verse has carried us through a lot. 🙏🏾

Huge thanks to our local partners for helping us get it done, and to the amazing partners who keep referring us to great opportunities like this one. We don't take that trust lightly.

The Advocate (Baton Rouge, LA) just released the full 2026 Tiger Stadium concessions lineup, and Tre's Street Kitchen is featured with our Birria Nachos, available with or without red onions, so it's exactly how you like it. We're also serving up Philly Cheesesteak, cheeseburger combo, hot dogs, and nachos.

Since 2022, Tre's Street Kitchen has called Tiger Stadium home. 🐯

If you've been to a game, you know the line on the North Lower Level doesn't stop: birria nachos, Philly cheesesteaks, pulled pork sliders with Cajun slaw, and burgers dripping in our Street Sauce.
