Join me for a Turkish dinner at Jabby’s on Highland on Wednesday, October 28, at 6:30 p.m.

The dinner is $85 per person. Please bring your own bottle. I won’t be posting a menu, but I’ll share photos of the dishes. We’ll begin with Turkish meze, followed by dishes featuring lamb, beef, and chicken.

Burrata Lovers, we have something special this weekend. Paella Di Burrata-

A crisp golden shell filled with creamy burrata, served with arugula, fresh herbs, and roasted cherry tomatoes, then finished with rich pesto and a balsamic glaze. Every bite is pure Italian indulgence.

Unfortunately, the Spanish dinner planned for next week will have to be postponed. Chef Evan injured his knee in an accident and will need time to recover. We’ll keep the menu and reschedule the dinner as soon as he’s feeling better.

In the meantime, I’ll be hosting a Turkish dinner next Wednesday for anyone who would like to join us.

I’ll reach out to everyone individually, but please let me know if you’d like to attend.

🇪🇸 Spanish Dinner with Chef Evan at Jabby’s on Highland!

Join us October 28 at 6:30 PM for an unforgettable evening of Spanish-inspired cuisine, featuring an incredible multi-course menu by Chef Evan.
