Before I dive into my busy day, I want to express how truly humbled and grateful I am for all the support we’ve been receiving. It takes a lot of effort to prepare these specials, especially since we only have one pizza oven and three of us working. We are cooking for two stores, so there are times when I can’t bring food to both locations when we sell out. I appreciate your patience as we work hard to create amazing dishes every weekend.

We can only cook so much, and when we sell out, there’s not much we can do. Yesterday, we got incredibly busy, and although we had a great selection of specials, we ended up selling out of almost everything by the end of the night. I’m personally here this morning cooking more to ensure we have plenty of specials for today.

Thank you all so much again. I am truly grateful
