Thank you to everyone who came out to support the Beer Fest this year. It was an overwhelming success. Great weather was the cherry on top of a great line-up of beers and fantastic people.

For a first time event there are always issues, and we were very happy we were able to navigate through all of them.

We learned a lot, and we are grateful that some of you who attended took the time to talk to us and tell us what you liked and what you thought would be a great addition to The Fest next year.

Now, let's get ready for American Craft Beer Week next week!

For those of you who have bought tickets online here is our policy for ticket pick up on the day of the event.

SHOW UP TO THE ENTRY GATE AT LEROY'S. We will be out there at noon, and will begin the process of distributing tickets.

BRING YOUR ID. Every person admitted to The Fest must have their ID, and be 21 years of age. NO EXCEPTIONS.

SECURITY WILL CHECK YOUR ID. The first part of the process will be to pass security, and they will be checking ID's. NO EXCEPTIONS.

THERE WILL BE A MASTER LIST WITH ALL ONLINE PURCHASES. Tell us your name, and we will check the ID and then we will give you the tickets.

IF ALL OF YOUR PARTY IS NOT THERE AT THE SAME TIME. The person who purchased the tickets must pick up the tickets. There is no problem with walking out to hand the tickets to members of your party who arrive late, however the person who purchased the tickets MUST be present to pick up the tickets..

EACH PERSON WILL RECEIVE A WRISTBAND. The wristband will not only allow you to walk in and out of The Fest, it is also an indicator to our servers pouring the beer that you can be served.

HAVE FUN. This is understood.

BE RESPONSIBLE. It is our hope that you will enjoy the variety of beers at The Fest, and understand that it is a four hour event that will allow you to sample and taste tons of great beer. We would encourage that you drink responsibly and if you do drink to excess you are careful.

DESIGNATE A DRIVER. Please, make sure that the fun you have at The Fest is not something that will lead to danger when you leave the grounds.
