✨ A little reminder for the GOOD DAYS, too. ✨
There’s a quote that says something along the lines of, “Never forget how much you needed God on your worst days when He blesses you with your best days.”
And this week, we were reminded of just that. ❤️
A family friend stopped in after dropping her daughter off at school, her littlest boy, Gabe, snuggled on her hip.
From across the room, he spotted our tiny Baby Jesus figurine sitting high on a shelf. He kept pointing and pointing until his mama walked over to see what had caught his attention.
It was Baby Jesus. 🥹
To witness the wonder in a little child’s spirit, drawn to something so small, was one of those moments that makes you pause and smile.
And then, another beautiful moment this week.
A family stopped in for a special little treat before school. Before the girls headed out for their day, they gathered together and shared their morning prayer.
My heart could hardly hold all the love I felt witnessing these simple, beautiful moments.
No grand gestures. No big announcements. Just a little boy pointing toward Jesus and a family beginning their day in prayer.
The smallest moments can hold the biggest reminders.
God is in the hard days when we desperately need Him to carry us. But He’s in the good days, too — in the laughter, the little hands, the family traditions, the quiet prayers, and the unexpected moments that make our hearts overflow.
Sometimes, we just have to slow down long enough to notice.
May we never be so caught up in the blessings that we forget the One who blesses us.
And may we never stop looking for Him in the everyday moments, because He’s there, too. 🤍
