Watch Shawn work his magic as he builds the Guy Fieri Blackberry Cobbler Margarita from the ground up — and trust us, it’s just as good as it looks. 👀🔥

Santo Blanco tequila, blackberry purée, peach nectar, fresh lime juice, cinnamon-agave syrup, and a splash of cream shaken ice cold. Finished with a cinnamon sugar rim and fresh blackberry garnish. 🫐🍑

This one is giving warm Georgia orchard meets Southern dessert vibes in a glass — and Shawn is making sure every sip is perfect. 🙌

Peachwood-smoked bone-in pork chop glazed with bourbon peach BBQ sauce, served over creamy smoked Gouda grits, bacon-braised collard greens, roasted Georgia pecans, crispy fried green tomatoes, and a drizzle of peach gastrique. 🤤

When a Long Island foodie names a dish this good, you know it has to be special. 🔥 Her name is on the menu and honestly? It belongs there.

Meet the man behind the dish. 🍑🔥

Mike Salvato walked in and got to taste his winning creation for the very first time — the Mike Salvato Sweet Heat Peach Wings. 👏

Crispy jumbo chicken wings glazed with a smoked Georgia peach hot honey reduction, finished with charred scallions, toasted pecans, and crumbled feta — served with a whipped buttermilk-herb dipping sauce. 🤤

Mike entered our “Name That Dish” Contest and his name is now officially on the menu for the week. This is what Roadtrip is all about — bringing our community to the table and making it personal. 🏆
