Who remembers when we originally talked about adding a build-your-own bowl & burrito bar in our hot bar area? 🌯🔥

When we first opened, between the rush of getting everything going and training a whole new staff, it was honestly just too much to add at the time. But now that we finally have a fully trained team and things are running much smoother, we’re seriously reconsidering bringing it in — at least during lunch hours! 👀

Think Chipotle-style:
✔️ Build-your-own bowls
✔️ Burritos
✔️ Fresh toppings
✔️ Fast lunch option

Would this be something y’all would be interested in seeing at El Rinconcito?

Also… would anyone be interested in authentic Mexican snacks like the ones in the pictures? 🇲🇽🍭🌽 We’ve been thinking about adding fun snacks, candies, desserts, and street-style treats to the menu too!
