We are a “roast to order” coffee boutique, which means we only begin roasting your coffee, after you have selected and placed your order. You will never receive pre-roasted coffee from us. Your coffee beans go straight from the roaster into a foil lined bag with a one way degassing valve, and get shipped within 24-48 hours. Should you prefer us to grind your selections for you, please allow additional time for shipment so that we may allow the coffee to degas for 24 hours prior to grinding, this will insure the best tasting as well as the best looking coffee possible. We do all this in order to deliver to you - our valued customer - the finest and freshest coffee.
