O how I have missed everyone. I am hoping to be back on the trailer soon and want to just remind everyone that I am still offering TAKE AND MAKE EMPANADILLAS/ PASTELILLOS. Selling by the dozen. Also Catering for your special events. I have had the privilege of cooking for some amazing people within this last month. Dates are filling up so contacting us soon for your upcoming special event.

Thank u to everyone that came out to Salsa in Park today. It's always an honor to serve our community but seeing our community help us physically and emotionally today filled my heart with so much joy. Words cannot not describe how every single one of you are so appreciated, from your understanding of how busy we were,
to people jumping in to help when things got a little scary with the heat. With that said, unfortunately we had a few mishaps today and Una Jaltera's weekly schedule will not be posted for a few weeks. We are working hard to be sure to serve you soon.
