Folks, I know I’ve been absent from my page for awhile, but the weather has been so bad lately, it’s almost impossible to get the trailer down on Sands Beach without spilling everything. I just don’t understand why the Town of Port Royal uses the excuse of controlling the people speeding and causing problems, that they won’t grade the holes out of the road on at least some occasions. So I’m sorry to have been absent but I keep trying to find a place to set up so folks can come see the Colonel without tearing the bottoms out of their vehicles.

Well folks I've changed our profile picture to the Colonel's nutty friend (to be named later). We've sold the Eatery x trying to downsize some of our equipment. We're even selling our Corn Cooker and just going to stay with our Peanuts. A lot of folks think I'm about half nutty anyway.

Colonel Cobb will be cooking at the Cinco de Mayo festival on Hilton Head Island May 17 2015. The festival is being held at Shelter Cove Park. Come out for good music, a great selection of food, and a really good time. It starts at 11:00am and goes to 9:00pm. We've got our corn ordered and all the spices you could want to dress up your corn on the cobb.

I'll be updating the new web page, adding more pictures, and letting everyone know how " SWEET " the corn was. I'll be doing a new page just for the Colonel so this one will either change or go away but don't worry, everyone will be invited to the new page so be on the look out. GOOD TIMES

Hey everyone, we'll be at the Low Country Vendors & Food Truck Rodeo. Taking place on May 2 2015 at Beaufort Plaza Shopping Center ( Beaufort Corridor ) located at the intersection of Robert Smalls Parkway & Highway 21. If you're looking for a good time, great food, and a chance to see the diverse foods that these food trucks offer, COME OUT !!!! Of course we will have sweet, sweet Roasted Corn on the Cobb.
