It was a blast of a week and we learned (and partied 🥴) so much, but we’re back in business and ready to start working on some new + exciting things to feature on the cart! What are some things y’all wanna see from us? 👀

We’re off to the motherland! 🍕

After a long and hot summer, we’re so excited to take a little time off and spend some time back in the city where it all started. We’re gonna visit family, steal some more recipes from Grandma, and re-inspire ourselves to bring all of you some more NY Italian delicacies.

In honor of the passing of an absolute legend, Betty White, we wanted to tribute our newest special to her… a traditional New York style white pizza!

Made with house infused fresh garlic oil, mozzarella, ricotta, and a dusting of pecorino romano and Italian herbs, this pizza is the white pie you all have been asking for!

If you wanna really do it like Betty, try it with some house made chicken Italian sausage. 🔥

Starts Friday, January 7th and will go as long as we feel like it!

We’ve been cooking, counting, and occasionally crying, but we are coming up on pizza number 1 0 , 0 0 0 !!!

That’s right; Thanks to all of you incredible supporters and pizza connoisseurs, we have made almost 10,000 pizzas over the past year!

To celebrate, we’re having an IN PERSON giveaway on Saturday, 2/6! We don’t know what time the 10,000th pizza will be made, but take a chance and show up to order some grub and potentially win!
