Psst. Spirited soft serve is back.

We’re rolling out two house-made flavors to kick off the rotation: boozy cheesecake and non-alcoholic strawberry, both dusted with graham cracker crust. Get one, or swirl them together for a strawberry cheesecake twist.

Made in-house with real ingredients and love. Like, actual love. We've been following your socials. We love you.

We’ve started sourcing all of our chips and tortillas from Tortilleria Hermanas in Hillsboro, and it’s been an immediate upgrade. Our nachos are thicker, our tortillas are fresher, and the food is just better for it.

Every decision a person or business makes about where they spend their money is a political one. We’re focused on staying local, being intentional, and working with people who take pride in what they do. Supporting businesses like this keeps our money in the community instead of sending it somewhere else, and supporting immigrant-owned businesses is part of how we push back against those who would rather see them sidelined or silenced.

As we grow, it matters more how and where we spend our money, because those choices decide who actually benefits from the work being done. You trust us with yours, and we take that seriously.

We’re always looking for ways to improve what we serve and how we operate. This does both.

BAJITO. Our coconut-washed spiced rum with house-made banana oleo saccharum, orgeat, lime, and fresh mint. It's lush, bright, and indulgent.

Served in a ridiculously large ceramic banana for those who’d rather be at a Margarita Factory. (For full effect, we’ll even charge you three times what it’s worth.)

PUEBLA OLD FASHIONED. An unconventional Old Fashioned with smoky mezcal, Amaro Montenegro, orange liqueur, and mole bitters pulling it all together. A citrus-forward spin for those who don’t drop the staple just because it’s hot out.

PEAR NEVER FALLS FAR. So good it’ll make you start interrogating the imperialist framework through which our national narrative has traditionally been constructed.

Made with pear brandy and tequila, whipped up with an egg white and layered with lychee, lime, and cinnamon for a lush, aromatic sour.

New flatbread pizzas just dropped.

Crispy fresh-baked Iraqi flatbread, our house San Marzano marinara, mozzarella, arugula, basil oil, and parmesan crisps—finished your way: sweet dates or salty prosciutto. They've even got handles so you can run with them, just in case that's a thing you like to do with pizza.

They're one of several new food items to go along with our nine new cocktails!

Continuing our showcase of the recently released lottery whiskeys from the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection, this Whiskey Wednesday we’re pouring Eagle Rare 17 Year. At 101 proof, drinks steady and controlled, not hot, especially for something that has spent nearly two decades in a barrel.

A lot of oak, vanilla, and to***co on the nose. Less sweetness than you might expect. The palate brings caramel and baking spice, but it stays structured. Some leather, some dark fruit, and a finish that hangs on without getting harsh.

What separates Eagle Rare 17 Year from the other bottles in the BTAC lineup is balance. It is not trying to be the biggest pour on the table. It is just very put together, a mature and balanced archetypal whiskey.

MSRP is around $150, but that number doesn’t really matter because it’s almost never available in stores and secondary pricing gets ridiculously high, going for upwards of $1,000 a bottle.

Grab a specially priced pour today. It‘s here until it‘s not.
