🍓Josephine is a Strawberry Farmhouse Ale that spent ample time aging in our Foeder to develop it's unique depth of flavor and then we refermented on Strawberry puree and naturally carbonated through bottle conditioning. It's funky and tart with a bright fruity nose and a hint of sweetness on the finish!
