I feel I should have made this difficult sad post a while ago but things have been busy. Unfortunately we will not be opening back up and will be selling the trailer. My wife and I are having a baby and I decided a steady job with good benefits was the best thing to do. At least for a couple of years.

Everyone has been really great and I will miss it.

I know I'm closed down for winter but I thought I would share the best gluten free bread that I've come across. Rotella makes it in Omaha, and Hy-Vee in West point is the only store around that I've seen carry it. Unfortunately it's not cheap but I guess that's part for anything gluten free. They have in in the freezer back in the corner by the water jug filler.
