Cut into the sunny egg and let it run over a 10-oz ribeye cooked right to temp. That's the Open Faced Steak & Egg Sandwich — applewood bacon, pesto aioli, arugula, and diced tomato piled on toasted ciabatta, finished with that egg on top. Chips and a pickle on the side.
