Our new double filled lemon cookie dropping tonight! The filling machine wasn’t made to do this, a few modifications and we set ours up to double fill our big cookies. I’m super proud of this one!

5 years of doing fairs, festivals and conventions. I've met so many incredible people, got to pet thousands of awesome dogs, ate some amazing, and some terrible food truck food. I've been excited, scared, exhausted, had my tent blown over in storms, got impressive sunburns, and loved every minute of it!
