Kashi Food Festival is not just about food, it is about reconnecting with our roots, our mitti, our traditions, and the forgotten flavors of India.
When we brought these authentic mitti ke bartan from India, almost 50% arrived broken. It was painful to see our dream shattered in pieces, but we did not give up. Because behind every earthen pot is the symbol of our culture, the aroma of our villages, and the warmth of maa ke haath ka swaad.
Today, every dish served at the Kashi Food Festival carries that emotion, that struggle, and that love for our roots.
