As new owners of the Copper Top Bake Shop, we wish to welcome you and introduce to you some new and exciting changes. Along with a fresh new look and a warm and friendly atmosphere, we will be expanding our bakery line, adding many new tasty items to your favorites that you have become accostomed to. However, please excuse our disorganization while we make some minor changes in our appearance. And

Good Morning everyone!
This week is going to be a scorcher. 🌞🔥Please make sure to check on a friend, neighbor, or family member to make sure they are ok in this heat.
We have some decisions to make beyond our control for this week. Our newer backup air unit went out last week. We are waiting on quotes for replacement or repair.🤑
Meanwhile our main unit gave up the fight and said no-way. We have a repair person comong in today.
Depending on what transpires today will determine our hours for the rest of the week. Icing and frostings melt over 72 degrees and our showroom becomes a sauna. We may have to close before it gets to hot/humid in here.
I will keep everyone informed as soon as I know. Sometimes Mother Nature likes to give a lil kick when your down 😭
