MUMMY MACS // Limited run of these lil’ cuties, out in the case now. Filled with vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream, “wrapped” in white chocolate, and are also gluten intolerant-friendly. 🤍🖤🤍🖤

Today we had the pleasure of hosting another Irene Rex watercolor workshop! Participants not only learned some great new skills, but they got to eat their subjects this time too—cream puffs! This is the second class Irene has held at the bakery, and we can’t wait to host even more in the future. Follow Irene Rex to see when she’ll be back as well as all the other cool things she’s up to.

Second slide is my kid’s “Dinosaur! Dinosaur!” Thanks Irene for being the sweetest and letting her assist in helping you set up, and letting her have the opportunity to play along. 😊

DIRT CUUUUPPSSS 🐛🐛🐛🐛🐛

Lucious chocolate pudding topped with Oreo crumble and 🐛🐛🐛—a favorite throughout the year! Our chocolate pudding is made with Callebaut cocoa powder and callets, everything is gluten intolerant-friendly, and it’ll give you that hint of nostalgia that I know I often crave. In the Lil’ Cooler now, come and get ‘em!

ICYMI, we are back from our break! A few things I’m currently excited about:

Chocolate Peanut Butter Praline French Macarons

All three of our fall drink specials. I am having a hard time picking a favorite between them. Northern Lights, Hazy Autumn Latte, and Caramel Apple Chai—I suggest you try them all. Just keep it on a constant rotation.

The smell of fresh-baked cookies. Missed it!

Finally, having the honor of making allllllll the desserts for tomorrow’s gala to raise money for Bellingham Public School Foundation. It’s a push, but it’ll be pretty thrilling to see how much they raise from it. Kids are awesome and deserve lots of great resources.

All signature Lil’ Scrappies are 3 for $20 (normally 3 for $23), and we have a tooooonnn. Good time to stock up before we are closed for a week, and they freeze super duper well in case you didn’t know. 😍

It’s my birthday today so it’s as good a time as any to have free brownie cookie sandwich samples! Woooot 🥳 Come by and try a bite, we’re open 11-6. ALSO! This is our last week open before we take our fall break (10/05-10/13). If you come visit us between now and Sunday and help us go out with a bang before that starts, I’ll love you forever. 💕💕💕
