11th Hour Tea & Coffee Bar is looking for an experienced barista, importantly having experience working with a non automated espresso machine. The ideal hire has knowledge of espresso, customer service, latte art and capability of managing a rush on your own. This is a small but versatile coffee shop that offers a wide menu of offerings and the baristas must be willing to manage balancing orders, crafting the drinks, serving as well as keeping up on dishes and cleanliness. With the right applicant, imagination and creativity with recipes is welcomed to help with seasonal menu offerings. Any tea/herbal knowledge is a plus!

We would like to hire someone who is passionate about community and serving people, and has pride in providing good work. It is a neighborhood shop and we pride ourselves on trying to maintain an intimate and intentional atmosphere.
