Introducing the Africa Origins Set ☕️

Two coffees. Rotating origins. Endless flavor exploration. This set is all about discovering the diversity and character that make coffees from Africa some of the most compelling in the world.

Each set will include two freshly roasted offerings showcasing our favorite rotating lots from Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, and Burundi. From juicy berry notes to bright citrus and elegant florals, each selection offers its own distinct expression. Brew them side by side to discover the nuances and find a new favorite.

More than just a tasting experience, this set offers a snapshot of some of the region's most exceptional harvests and celebrates the producers, communities, and vibrant coffee traditions that continue to inspire us.

Camber Partner Spotlight // Orcas Hotel

For over a hundred years, the historic Orcas Hotel has welcomed travelers, islanders, and ferry folk alike. Perched just steps from the Orcas Island ferry landing, the hotel offers iconic views of the Salish Sea - a perfect spot for watching ferries, sailboats, and the occasional whale pass by.

Owners Michael, Elizabeth, Chris, and Andrea became stewards in 2025, ushering Orcas Hotel into its next chapter with a new wine bar, a freshly remodeled cafe serving all-day food and drink, and a revamped coffee program featuring Big Joy espresso and Skyline drip from Camber.

We're thrilled to partner with the Orcas Hotel and play a role in this rich piece of San Juan Islands history.

Producer Spotlight // Finca Rosma 🇬🇹

We are longtime fans of the Morales family, and our newest offering from them is a knockout, featuring deeply sweet notes of black cherry, cacao nib, and plum - a perfect showcase of this celebrated region.

Nestled in the rugged Sierra Los Cuchumatanes region of Guatemala, Finca Rosma stands as a testament to the Morales family’s enduring dedication to quality and stewardship. Established in 1963 by Don Alejandro Morales and now guided by his son, Dr. Fredy Morales Mérida, the farm sits at elevations between 1,700 and 1,800 meters above sea level—terrain once considered too challenging for cultivation.

Through determination and innovation, Dr. Morales transformed the land by constructing a proper access road and securing a natural water spring five kilometers away, both of which became vital to the farm’s growth and the well-being of its neighboring communities.

Certified by ANACAFE, the farm operates its own ecological wet mill and sun-dries its coffee, emphasizing environmentally responsible processing. Over the years, Finca Rosma has become a model of sustainability and community care, and we're thrilled to work with them year after year.

Our newest Gesha offering is here, and it's the perfect cup to usher in the start of spring 🌷

Colombia Leonardo Henao delivers everything we love in a washed Gesha, including a clean, tea-like structure and notes of fragrant florals, sparkling citrus, and lush stone fruit. Think lemon and orange zest, jasmine, lavender, apple blossom, and fresh plum.

This Gesha is particularly special because it comes to us from legendary award-winning producer Leonardo Henao, whose background includes years of coordinating smallholder programs for a Colombian exporter as well as specialization in fermentation at university. His first farm, Los Palomos in Urrao is where he refined his harvesting protocols and post-harvesting techniques, explored organic methods, and developed experimental fermentations that eventually earned him the Colombia Cup of Excellence in 2020.

Henao continues his work crafting incredible coffees at a new 15-hectare property in Santa Barbara, Finca El Jardín (“the garden”), where he cultivates a range of varieties, including Chiroso, SL-28, and Gesha. His expertise and obsession with quality is evident in this lot, and we're thrilled to share it with you this season. We have a very limited amount, so grab a bag before it's gone ☕️

Our newest offering from Colombia is easily one of the standouts on our cupping table this season, bursting with lush, tropical flavors and exceptional sweetness.

Colombia La Despensa hails from one of the country's most exciting micro-regions, Urrao, known for producing the rare and prized varietal Chiroso. Discovered in the early 2000s, Chiroso earned its name from a rural Colombian slang term loosely meaning "elongated," referring to the unique shape of the cherries. It's potently sweet and complex, often drawing comparison to the coveted Gesha. This lot is an excellent example of this celebrated varietal, showcasing lush notes of papaya, watermelon, and sugarcane.
