Positions include but are not limited to:

GENERAL MANAGER (oversees operations of two locations, gets s**t done, helps open third conceptšŸ¤«)

BARISTA (must have basic espresso and milk frothing fundamentals locked in, but isnā€™t afraid to get hands dirty in dish).

COOK (understands efficiencies and attention to detail, lives for the sound of the ticket printer, commercial kitchen experience required).

PEOPLE PERSON (big customer service energy, loves to make a smoothie, understands flow of service, jack of all trades type).

MARKETING/BRANDING MANAGER (keen eye, can go from idea to ex*****on seamlessly, design skills and special events/community organization a must).

This past month we visited the family-owned sustainable farm, FarmWild, located just outside of Bellingham. There they use aquaponics to grow basil, kale, lettuce and other produce, using 90% less water than normal farming practices. Their guard dog Barley, and the very exclusive clique of llamas were just the cherries on top of this amazing place with people who are actively trying to help transform farming practices back to more sustainable roots! We are so stoked that we get to support small and local farming by serving their produce on our platesšŸ¤—

Picture this: You wake up in Florence Italy, the sunshine dancing through your window, and the perfect pour over in hand. You saddle up, and hop on your trustee bike to start your work day. In the evening you ride back home, and begin baking sour dough bread from a starter passed down generations, while sipping on a glass of luscious red wine. This is the life of Dante, one of our amazing chefs. Lucky for us he lives in Bellingham, but Italy is on the horizon!
