🤠 **We Tip Our Hat to Bellville!** 🤠

If you’ve driven by lately, you may have noticed something BIG on our rooftop… 👀

Our giant cowboy hat has officially found a new home! This special piece hung proudly above **Astroworld in Houston for over 30 years**, and now it’s tipping its brim to our sweet little town with a touch of western charm and Texas history. ❤️

We’re honored to give this iconic hat a second life right here in Bellville — paying homage to small-town roots, western spirit, and the people who make this place so special.

So from our rooftop to you… **we tip our hat to ya, Bellville!** 🤠✨

Big flavor just hit the menu! Our **NEW Gourmet Hot Dogs** are made the **100% Texas Wagyu beef way** and served on buttery, soft **lobster roll bread** for the ultimate bite. 🤠🔥

Think scratch-made goodness piled high with bold flavors like our **scratch chili**, **Frito Pie goodness**, and all the over-the-top toppings your heart desires. **Frito pie, chili dogs, chili fries… oh my!** 🌭✨

From horse-drawn equipment to today’s modern response, service to this community has always been the priority.

We are excited to showcase talented artist Manny Boudreaux on our gallery wall! 🧑‍🎨 🎨

Manny Boudreaux (Sienna, TX) is a local artist and member of the Brenham Fine Art League, Tomball Art League, Art League of Fort Bend, Galveston Art League, and Watercolor Art Society of Houston.

A graduate of McNeese University (Graphic Arts & Education) and the University of Houston (Mechanical Engineering), Manny spent his career as a Professional Engineer in the oil and gas industry before retiring in 2019. He then turned his focus to watercolor, Japanese woodcuts, intaglio, pastels, and pen & ink.

Influenced by years working in Japan (Yokohama and Tokyo), his art blends Eastern and Western styles, featuring landscapes, seascapes, city scenes, wildlife, and historical subjects. His award-winning work has been shown in regional galleries and is currently on display at the Brenham Art Gallery, where all exhibited pieces have earned First Place honors in local shows.
