It's easy to think of the 615 as just a restaurant—but it began as someone's home.

Built shortly after the turn of the century, this house has been a hotel, a speakeasy, a tavern, and eventually the 615 Club we know today.

More than a century later, guests are still walking through these doors.

That's something pretty special.

There's something special about a weekend at The 615 Club.

This Friday and Saturday, Chef is featuring:

• Braised Lamb Shank — served over garlic mashed potatoes with a rich demi-glace.

• Baked Crab & Lobster Mac & Cheese — a decadent blend of crab, lobster, creamy cheese, and pasta, baked to a golden finish.

Whether you're joining us for a longtime favorite or trying something new, we look forward to serving you this weekend.

Stories from a Beloit tradition.

Broad Street has changed over the years...
But one thing has remained.

For generations, the 615 Club has welcomed families, friends, first dates, celebrations, and regular Friday night dinners.

Looking at this photo, it's amazing to see how much Beloit has grown while this little corner has continued to be a place where memories are made.

Do you remember this version of Broad Street?

Did you know the 615 Club once held the hats of Beloit's servicemen during World War II?

When many local men and women left to serve in 1941, owner Johnny Davis invited them to leave their hats hanging on the walls of the 615 for safekeeping. By the end of the war, 59 hats lined the tavern.

When every serviceman returned home, each hat was claimed. To celebrate their safe return, the hats were gathered and burned together during a homecoming celebration on Broad Street.

It's one of many stories that make the 615 more than a restaurant. It's a place woven into the history of Beloit, and we're proud to carry that legacy forward.

Do you or your family have a favorite 615 story or memory? We'd love to hear it in the comments.

A restaurant is only as special as the people who fill it.

Some of these faces have been gathering at the 615 Club for years—sharing stories, celebrating milestones, and creating the kind of friendships that make a place feel like home.

As we take our annual summer week long break, we're reminded just how fortunate we are to be part of this community. Thank you for your friendship, your loyalty, and for making the 615 Club what it is.

We'll see you again soon.

As many of our regulars know, the week of the Fourth has become a tradition at the 615 Club.

Each year, we close for one week to give our hardworking team an opportunity to spend time with their families and recharge. As a small restaurant with one chef and one restaurant manager, this annual break is an important part of keeping the quality and care we take pride in bringing to your table.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting a small, dedicated team. We look forward to seeing you when we reopen the following week.

Have a wonderful and safe Fourth of July!

Behind every great dinner is a hardworking kitchen team.

The 615 Club is currently looking to add a Sous Chef to our family-owned supper club. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in preparing quality food, and wants to be part of a small team where every person makes a difference.

Position Details:
• Tuesday–Thursday: 2:00 PM–9:30 PM
• Friday & Saturday: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

Responsibilities include assisting our chef with daily prep, fryer and stovetop cooking, plating for dinner service, and helping keep the kitchen running smoothly through closing.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, honest, eager to learn, and passionate about great food. Experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to grow are just as important. Pay is based on experience and enthusiasm.

If this sounds like a good fit—or you know someone who would thrive in this role—please stop in and apply in person at The 615 Club, 615 Broad Street, Beloit.

We'd love to meet you.
