This one is something special. 🤤

Creamy smoked gouda & bacon mac and cheese loaded with andouille sausage, roasted poblano peppers, and lightly Cajun-seasoned shrimp, then topped with a roasted tomato crown and finished with smoky parmesan cheese.

Rich, cheesy, smoky, a little spicy — and packed with flavor in every bite. The kind of comfort food that keeps you going back for “just one more bite.”

And this week feels extra special around here because it would’ve been Papa’s (Pistol Pete Steen’s) birthday. ❤️ We know he would’ve absolutely loved this one sitting at the bar with us.
