Next dinner service is in the works! We are having two options!
First option: shrimp boil with potatoes, corn on the cob and eggs for $25.
Second option: Ribs, collard greens, Mac and cheese with cornbread for $23.
Banana pudding $5 a cup.
Lemon blueberry cake with a coconut frosting $5 a slice.

What are your thoughts?
Unsure if delivery will be an option this time around.
Shoot us some ideas, concerns, etc! We are all ears 👂

Dinner tonight sautéed peppers and onions w/ jalapeños, and Italian sausages

Recipe: spicy Italian sausage with peppers, onions and jalapeños.

Its a whole red, yellow, orange pepper, white onion all sliced

In the frying pan get the pan hot and then add the olive oil then add the onions until they brown and add the peppers cook untill peppers are tender.

Add jalapeños I put a cup in with the peppers let the jalapeños cook all the way down 8 minutes or soft. ( I used jar Jalapeños). Then add the Italian sausages put 3 cuts to cook the sausages evenly throughout. Cook sausages for 25 - 30 minutes on MEDIUM..

The longer you cook the jalapeños the spicier the peppers will be. I let them cook for 30 minutes with the sausages..

This is what happens when I get hungry and dont know what to make.. you get a sampler: homemade banana bread, pancakes, scrambled eggs, ham steaks, sausage links, and bacon with country time lemonade in my harry potter 9 3/4 cup!!!!
