We produce and import some of the world’s finest wines, working exclusively with independent, artisan producers. We own and operate Bodega Calle in Mendoza, Argentina, and Ermisch Cellars Winery in Bend, Oregon.

We are excited to announce Chef Adrien Calmel’s return to Ermisch for an Exclusive Fine-Dining Pop-Up Saturday July 11th. He will be preparing 10-course summer menu with one dinner seating at 5:00 pm /12 seats total.

Limited seats for this one-night only dinner at Elixir Wine Group that will feature a 10-course tasting menu showing off the best ingredients of summer.

Dinner will be paired with wines from Ermisch Wine Cellar, highlighting the character and beauty of Central Oregon through a beverage experience by a local wine maker.
