We are beyond excited to announce this year's Dead of Summer Music Festival complete lineup!

July 9-12
MANCHESTER, VT

Join us at Southern Vermont’s premiere summer music festival. This rain or shine event will take place at Hunter Park on 25 beautiful acres nestled in the Green Mountains of Manchester Vermont.

Now in its seventh year, enjoy 4 days of Live Music From 21 Bands on 2 Stages. Food, Clothing, Art and Craft Vendors. 21 + On-site Bar, Family/Kid Friendly, RV Camping and Tent Camping, Disc Golf, Yoga, Kid's Set.
Gates Open at 4PM Thursday July 9th.

☕️ Thank you to the Southwestern Vermont Chamber and everyone who joined us at The Coffee Bar for an important community conversation with Mike Pieciak, Vermont State Treasurer.

We had a great discussion on housing, healthcare, workforce challenges, and what it will take to strengthen Bennington’s economy in the years ahead.

We’re grateful to our local Chamber, businesses and nonprofit leaders who made time to participate and help move our region forward.

Envisioned and directed by bassist, singer, songwriter, and composer Mowgli Giannitti, Satyrdagg is an eclectic journey across genres, combining the sounds of funk, samba, gospel, jazz, rock, and folk from around the world. Featuring luscious multi-horn writing, 3-part vocal harmonies, an all-star lineup of players, and complex song forms that explore themes of love, actualization, and justice and equality.
Mowgli Giannitti is a Bennington-raised and Burlington VT-based musician who has toured internationally, performed with legendary and Grammy winning artists across genres such as Yo-Yo Ma and Edmar Colón, and on legendary stages such as Carnegie Hall and the Nickelsdorf Jazz Festival.

A JUNO winner and critically acclaimed banjoist, Kaia blends roots music, jazz, and storytelling into songs that are both deeply personal and universally resonant. Her performances are known for their intimacy, soul, and stunning musicianship, weaving together tradition and innovation in a way that feels timeless yet fresh.

Born in Montreal with family roots in Grenada, Kaia was raised on both Canadian folk traditions and the rich legacy of Appalachian music. She studied at West Virginia’s Davis & Elkins College, where she deepened her connection to old-time banjo playing, and has since toured internationally, performing on renowned stages such as the Kennedy Center, Newport Folk Festival, and London’s Southbank Centre. With critically acclaimed albums like Nine Pin and Grenades, she has earned a reputation as an artist who pushes the boundaries of folk while honoring its past.
