The best part of the Summer Fancy Food Show? Catching up with so many of our favorite partners!

There's nothing better than seeing the people behind the incredible products we proudly bring to our customers, sharing ideas, and discovering what's next in specialty food.

By the end of the show, we were running on great conversations, strong coffee... and an absurd number of meat and cheese samples. Safe to say we left full in every sense of the word. 😅

A day well spent at the farm. 🌿

We recently visited D’Artagnan founder at All for One, One for All Farm in upstate New York, where the mission of raising food the right way continues to grow. Founded by Ariane and her daughter Alix, the nonprofit farm is a living example of organic farming, permaculture, and the power of good food to bring people together.

We toured the farm, shared a beautiful lunch featuring D’Artagnan Green Circle™ chicken, charcuterie, farm-fresh egg salad, and focaccia, and, of course, met Bilou 🪿, the farm's beloved goose and unofficial welcoming committee.

Thank you, Ariane and Alix, for the warm hospitality and for continuing to inspire us every day.

What a week in NYC! 🗽 We kicked off the Summer Fancy Food Show with one of our favorite traditions: breakfast in the park with our vendors and customers, just steps from the Javits Center. Great food, strong coffee, and even better conversations to fuel a busy day ahead. Huge thanks to everyone who helped make the breakfast boxes so delicious!

It's winter truffle season ... again. That's because it's winter in Australia now, where the once-impossible cultivation of truffles has been perfected. He loves the color and lean meat of sockeye, and that it's packed with protein and omega-3s. Alex recommends grilling it this time of year so you don't heat the kitchen too much.

It's all in the Fortune Family! Meet the Lezniaks. Much like fishing families, we have two generations working the docks. Dad Wally, in the middle, was one of the first employees at Fortune, which makes him part of our company's DNA. Today, he is Senior VP of Production, and he passed on his work ethic to his sons, who are key players at our Bensenville HQ. Eric, on the left, is a Warehouse Lead, and Tony, on the right, is a Warehouse Manager. They inspire us daily to do good, be great, and scale excellence.
