Good evening!!

A few things to know when ordering :

After we have discussed the price, you will be given payment options. Your order will need to be paid in FULL one week before you pick up your order. A non refundable deposit will now be required for any order over $50.

I will confirm order with you and your payment will secure your order. If I do not receive payment, I will not make your order. Your payment serves as your confirmation! Pick up times will be discussed and agreed upon. If for some reason you’re late more than 30 mins., you will receive a message from me letting you know what time I will be available again.

IF for any reason you need an invoice or require a receipt, please discuss this with me upon ordering. I don’t take big orders too frequently, therefore I don’t provide receipts unless they are requested.

I always tell my customers exactly HOW to transport cakes, as well as if and how the desserts should be stored. If for any reason your cake slides, melts, tips over etc etc., once it leaves my hands - It is YOUR responsibility.

Please, PLEASE remember I am providing a service. Communication is very vital. Not only does the cost of supplies and ingredients go in to each order, but so does my TIME. My very valuable time.

If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with anything you receive, please simply reach out to me. I pride myself in my customer service. There will NEVER be a need to bash my business. That, is in VERY POOR TASTE.
