It was a total vibe last night at the Oshkosh Senior Center for their St. Patty's Day dinner! Our favorite kind... where we get to be authentic with our food!

And we weren't about to slack.

We kicked off the dinner with Irish leek and potato soup. We went all the way and busted out our other Irish recipes and used the slow roasted corned beef recipe, the Colcannon recipe, and added in our favorite, maple garlic carrots along side our slow roasted cabbage.

The music was amazing, the team who organized and made this happen are phenomenal and everyone had a great night, eating, dancing and relaxing!

It's been a glorious weekend of birthdays!

We want to give a shout out to Olivia, who's birthday was Friday. Happy Birthday Olivia!

Next up, Mrs. Hangry Dave, who's birthday was Saturday. Happy Birthday Mrs. HD!

And finally, a very happy 1st Birthday to Miss Brynlee!

We were asked to provide good eats for Brynlee's 1st Birthday and ger family and of course we said yes!

And what a birthday it was! We served Hangry Daves signature smoked pulled pork with HD BBQ sauce, Hangry Dave's signature shredded chicken, of course the HD Bullman Beans were on point ans some of Mrs HD's slaw to compliment!

With the food on point, we were able to celebrate Miss B and see just how much love that family has for their beautiful Queen Bee. It was beautiful and an absolutely joyous celebration we are so happy we were able to be a part of.

Brynlee, you are loved so much more than you even know. You are an amazing and magical little girl who has the love of everyone around her to support and grow you in this life. Your smile is one of the sparkliests smiles we've ever seen. We hope you had the absolute best day ever, sweet girl. Happiest of birthdays from Hangry Dave's!

Glimmers are proof that life is good.

Food brings us tremendous joy, sharing that joy with others puts us over the moon! Glimmers galore!!

We've been invited back to Wisteria Castle for their Farm 2 Table Easter Dinner!!

Hangry Dave's is ALL about Farm 2 Table meals!

So of course we said yes!!

We know folks eat with their eyes, so making sure our food is all about being a glimmers visually so when that glimmers hits your taste buds, it leaves you wanting more.

Being able to serve our food in one of the most beautiful venues we set foot is a chef's kiss of glimmers!!

This is by ticket event, with limited seating (max of 50)
