Employment at Way-Har Farm Market:

We’re looking for part-time adult help for all shifts, mostly evenings and weekends. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest days. Therefore, availability on some of these days would be expected.

Our store hours of service are currently 7am to 9pm Monday thru Saturday and 8am to 9pm on Sunday. Beginning on Labor Day, September 1st, we will close the store every day at 7pm.

The most critical task will be serving our customers and providing the best quality products to everyone who walks through our country store. In addition to customer service, the daily job includes preparation of food in our deli and bakery, ice cream service, and shelf stocking to fill the needs of our customers. The store clerk duties also include cleanup during and at the end of the shift, while maintaining organization and tidiness throughout the day.
