After four long years of working to get the food cart rolling, I’ve decided to partner with an equally passionate co-founder—someone I had the pleasure of helping launch his BBQ takeout and catering restaurant, Hawg's Catch, about 5–6 years ago. We had an amazing time working together back then. Unfortunately, I couldn’t continue commuting back and forth to help, so we went our separate ways—until now.
This time, we’re joining forces to create the best small-batch BBQ takeout and catering experience in the entire state of Vermont. From the exceptional customer service, we provide to our genuine passion for offering healthy and incredibly delicious food options, we’re committed to serving and connecting with our community in a way that’s truly unparalleled.

Alright folks, the Super Bowl has been decided. With less than two weeks until the big game we are planning to stop taking orders by Tuesday Feb 4th.
Questions and answers:
Can meat be substituted for? YES, chicken and pork at no cost. Brisket is additional.
Can option 2 come with a full rack of ribs? YES, for an additional $15!
How do the wings come? All wings are smoked. Then they can be tossed in dry rub, bbq sauce, vinegar sauce, buffalo or buffalo maple!
For the BIG NEWS.... Our partnership with Simple Man's Munchie Stand has really taken off with some incredible momentum. WE HAVE SECURED A NEW LOCATION FOR A SMALL RESTAURANT IN SOUTH ROYALTON, VT!!! Our name will be changing to MJs Barbecue!
