Hello! I want to address the cyclospora outbreak that is currently running through the US. Our lettuce is a high quality hydroponic grown in Massachusetts. I am a microbiologist by training and did a little research in order to keep our guests safe. We will be cooking any green (herb or vegetable) that is provided from our supplier Native Maine. Our basil is locally grown.
