Cadiz Cadiz offers multi cultural dishes through the style of tapas. Tapas are a style of eating true to Spain. Tapas or small plates are about 4 to 6 bites at Cadiz.

Influences are from France, Spain, South America, Asia, North America and Mediterranean.

I just had a truly unique and amazing gastronomic experience.
Chef Drew's new Paella Lasagna combines layers of chicken, shrimp, and chorizo with house made sofrito and roasted tomato shrimp sauces. Flavors are bolstered by the chef's paella seasoning and completed by the clams, mussels, and lemon wedge that sit on top.

So far our new spring menu as been received with the greatest of praise and I Love making such tasty food for all of you!!!

Tomorrow April 3rd we will however be closed for the day for a private party that i am very much looking forward to!

Now all we need is for spring to finally show itself and give us some warm weather and sunshine!

Is everyone ready for spring and warmer weather as much as I am???

I have designed a new menu with an extended list of Signature Tapas as well as some awesome dishes I have done in the past will be making a come back this Spring!

Thank you all so much who have supported Cadiz through the years! As we have now started our 5th year I will be looking to finish the renovations this spring as well as test the waters with some dishes i have been holding out on.

Stay tuned as Zach and I will be sharing updates more frequently on whats happening at Cadiz!!!
