We really mean it when we say our ice cream is tiny batch made from scratch…

Two little machines churn just a handful of gallons at a time by hand & every flavor is balanced for sweetness & texture.

One of our favorites, BLUEBERRY BASIL 🌿 is churning right now. There’s no secret or anything fancy to how we make ice cream, it’s just the simplicity of whole ingredients sourced seasonally & thoughtfully.

This flavor is just: local milk & cream, organic sugar, egg yolks, local wild blueberries, yuzu juice, local basil and single-origin cinnamon ✨

The super secret behind single origin chocolate 🍫

We start with REAAAALLLYYYY gooooood chocolate!

“Single origin” means the cacao comes from one place, one region, sometimes one farm, so it tastes like where it grew. The soil, the climate, the variety all come through in the flavor.

We rotate ours so you can taste chocolate from all over the world. We work closely with makers like Valrhona and La Rifa Chocolatería. Right now we’re scooping Valrhona North America Andoa Noire from Peru 🌎 🇵🇪

We pack our chocolate with loads of chocolate, no syrups or cocoa powder, just chocolate 🍫 local milk & cream, egg yolks, organic cane sugar 😋

Come taste the Peru while she’s here ☺️, we have a very special chocolate from Mexico 🇲🇽 up next 😍

BURTT’S 🍒 BUTTERMILK CHERRY

It’s our buttermilk based sherbet made with local sour cherries from Burtt’s Orchard! But what makes it a sherbet you may ask? It’s loaded with lots of fruit, a little tang and a lot less cream. Our buttermilk sherbet ice cream is made with fruit in mind, less fat allows the fruit flavor to shine ✨

We’re open everyday 11-10 PM (4th of July too!)

Saturday and Sunday you can visit our to-go window and skip the line… we’ll have pints, cold drinks, novelties & pup cups 🐶 😊 between 2-8 PM!
