You could let the rain get you down ☔️ or you could not 🙃

Raspberry Sherbet is scooping and it’s tangy, bright and if enjoyed on a rainy day will certainly summon the sun ☀️🌤️🌦️ We make it with loads of local raspberries, buttermilk, no eggs and less cream. Letting the berries do all the work 👩‍🍳

We’ve started spinning RHUBARB ALMOND CRUNCH and it’s going to be scooping this weekend. We’ll announce the exact day soon, so stay tuned!

We’ve been chatting about doing this flavor for so long and it’s finally here!

WILD TIMUR PEPPER

We discovered one of the most delicious & unique tasting peppers from (yes, there’s so many types of pepper… move over black peppercorns!)

It tastes just like grapefruit and leaves the most delightful little tingle on your tongue! Come give it a try even if you’re a little skeptical 🤨 🙃

These peppers grow in the Himalayas and they’re cousins to the Sichuan peppercorns which is pretty cool 😋

MALTED BANANA FLUFFERNUTTER 🍌 🥜 🍞

Malted banana ice cream with thick swirls of marshmallow fluff and salty peanut crunchies.

But we didn’t use just any malt, it’s made with biscuit malt from in Maine 🤩

We tested lots & lots of different malts but biscuit malt was the winner for this specific ice cream flavor. It has notes of toasted crackers, fresh bread crust & cookies … which is pretty darn cool!

Starting Memorial Day we’ll be open EVERYDAY 11-10 PM but until then our hours are 12-9 PM Thursday - Monday! 🙃

The box has been opened & we even managed to finagle it inside with ease.

We got lots of good guesses and some of you were spot on 😉

It’s a brand new ice cream scooping case. She’s from Italy, & she’s shiny! No more plastic tubs & our ice cream is going to be so much happier inside this special cabinet 🥳

It’s going to take some time to set her up but we’ll post updates and give you a full tour soon! 😅☺️
