When you start a business, you sacrifice everything. The best way to handle this is to surround yourself with people who understand you, understand your vision, and understand your passion. I have always been very lucky to be surrounded by some amazing people. My parents have always been there to push and help make me a better person, not only personal but in business. Being in Bethlehem has been a blessing and a vision that my father always saw.

A year ago, I met a women, through a very amazing friend, who has become such a strong support to me as a mother and a business women. She has shown me how strong she is in work, family, and friendship. We instantly became close, and I thank God.

Cara Paredes and I, came to conclusion that we both have a vision and our vision together would be even stronger then either of us could ever think. We have decided to join forces and start something together.
We are doing well as a joint effort, moving along nicely and the new name will be:

Rosa’s Corner.

A modern deli & bar with handmade bagels and cream cheese, specialty lox, matzoh ball soup, sandwiches, chopped salads, challah and much much more. We will offer a full bar with seasonal cocktails, dine-in seating as well as take-out and quick service.

A grand opening will be the opportunity for you all to see the vision we came up with. Cannot wait for you all to join us. Can’t wait to see all your smiling faces again very soon.

If anything awesome has come from the long wait for the restaurant and building being under construction. It is that, we have had such an awesome time learning. We have gone to so many classes and food shows and have learned so much. Cannot wait to bring everything That we are learning back to all of you. Miss you all so much. My partner and I Cannot wait for you all to see the future of what Rosanna’s will become.
