Hello everyone! First of all, we would like to say we appreciate all the love and support from all our customers! Thank you for being patient with us in our journey opening Cozy Cafe & Restaurant. We are going to touch on some things that have been mentioned in reviews and posts.
To start, we are so grateful to be able to make a difference in people’s lives, especially those who suffer with Celiac disease. I, myself, have Celiac disease and I understand the frustration of not being able to enjoy going out to eat or just food in general. It is highly important to me to be able to provide my customers a safe place where they can enjoy their dining experience. With that being said, the food we make is fresh. We cook per order. We do not make big batches of food, and keep it hot under a heat lamp. I care about every customers experience in Cozy Cafe.
Our staff is also knowledgeable, welcoming, and will make you feel truly valued.
We beautifully present our dishes, and create a memorable evening. Every course is thoughtfully prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients and incredible attention.
We try to turn dinner into an experience, whether celebrating a special occasion or simply treating yourself to an unforgettable evening, exceeds expectations in every way. The downside in making fresh food is the wait time. We want to serve all of you great food, but safely. Our kitchen is equipped to handle different food allergies, not just gluten. As many of you may know I am very flexible with tweaking items from the menu to fit your needs, but that also takes time as well.
I understand there are many customers frustrated with our wait times, but I can assure you we are just trying our best to serve you the best food at a reasonable pace. If you are in a rush to go, please feel free to let our servers know, so we can communicate that and prioritize your order first - or put it to go. Reservations are also a great help, especially on the weekends when it is busier. We can prepare your table ahead of time to make sure things go smoothly.
