We welcome you to gather with us for the joy of live music in Beulah! Dave Gouge and Friends will return to the Inn this Sunday 7/19 for a set of classic country, folk and rock from 1:30 to 4:30 on the patio.

We do respectfully ask visitors to remain in the immediate “business area” of central and grand avenues out of respect for local residents who have suffered greater losses in other areas.

Full menu is back today. We do have bread pudding and brownie sundaes too. Still working on pie. No soup or fried chicken sandwich yet.

Water restrictions are in place in Beulah due to drought. The Beulah water district water is still ok to drink and cook with. The Inn has been assured by the water district that the Inn and Stompin’ Grounds coffee shop may continue operations as usual in the interest of continuing to serve the public. We are taking measures to conserve. Bottled water will be sold at cost for those wanting water to drink. 17 cents a bottle. We have also moved to serving many items in baskets with paper liners to cut down on dishes.

We’re working hard to get our full entree menu, daily soup, specials and desert ready to serve again. For now, here’s our current menu.

UPDATE: Pueblo county has lifted evacuation orders for Beulah. Re-entry cards are no longer needed and non-residents may now visit! Hope to see you soon!!! 🥳

Beulah is open to residents at present and the Inn will be open to serve them starting Wednesday 7/15. We took some photos in the central valley around the Inn today. While our hearts are heavy and remain with our friends and neighbors for the losses they have suffered, we remain grateful and are buoyed that all have survived and that Beulah continues to shine in its beauty amidst difficult changes.

We want to invite anyone and everyone who seeks a space to relax or to gather, be nourished or have drinks to come enjoy the A/C or a seat on the patio, whether you want anything from us or not. Please feel free to come and just sit, or meet friends and be together. No need to buy anything. We are fortunate that it feels just about “normal” right here in this space, and maybe that’s just what some of us might need.

We will be serving a limited menu for a few days, until we can catch up with making more of our items that take more preparation. We’ll have appetizers, burgers and burritos, salads and sandwiches until then. We will post when the full menu goes live and when we are able to welcome guests from outside the valley.
