"Jamaican Sheep", aka "Goat meat", is not only sustainable, but delicious. Organically, and humanely raised on our Whitebriar farm, and served at THE FARM STORE ORGANIC GREEN CAFE, ANTIQUES AND COLLECTIBLES, Goat meat is the future. Goat meat is sustainable takes only 1 acre to raise from start to finish. Cow takes 17 acres from birth toharvest, and is not very sustainable. Plus, Goat meat has half the fat as beef, for those who are dieting or diabetic trying to loose weight. Goat meat is 300% more protein/nutrition than cow. So you make up your mind. If you've ever had a good "veneson Stew", you know what we serve...not veneson bu their cousin, Farm Raised Organic Goat. Available every day on our "$5 soup and farm baked bread bar", you can take your 10oz frozen cup with you to heat up later or have us heat it now, and serve it with Farm Baked bread, spread, sauce, etc. We sell 10 cups at $3 each (w/o bread) to kee in your freezer so when you are tired of "fast food lines" you can heat up your "RedGoad Stew" or one of the other 30 varieties of soups with beef, pork, chicken, or turkey, and eat healthy. You are what you eat. Small batches of soups and stews made daily along with our Farm baked "toasties".
