My apologies to anyone who has been inconvenienced with us being closed this week. Truly sorry. With the hotter temperatures, I have had a hard time keeping the food at safe temperatures. The last thing I want is for anyone to get sick. Tomorrow and thru next week, the weather report looks fairly favorable and will work to implement some improvements and troubleshooting for moving forward. Good morning Big Spring. I tend to miss a lot of calls during our lunch and dinner hours, so my apologies to anyone trying to place an order. There's a few reasons I ask for people to message or text. 1. It's fairly loud inside of the trailer. Between the AC unit, exhaust fan and generator outside, it's hard to hear face to face, and I seldomly hear my phone ring. 2. During lunch and dinner hours, things can get kind of crazy. I know I say we or our a lot, but that's just acknowledging the Lord. In the physical, it's just me, so between taking orders in person, payments, cooking and plating, I can't always get to the phone. 3. Although this is a food establishment, the main service we offer, is customer service, so physically being on the phone, while customers are present, even if it is taking orders, they may not realize that and the last thing we want, is for anyone to feel neglected, including "call in's". 4. If messaging or texting, and I'm unable to respond at that moment, it allows me to follow up and for you to still be able to place an order, if it's still desired. Once again, thank you for your understanding and continued support. We are open today from 8am-3pm, then 5pm-8pm. For "call in" orders, please text 432-559-1267 or message on messenger.
