✨☕️Big things are brewing over here☕️✨

When I started this business, I never imagined how many people it would connect me to, how many conversations would happen over coffee, or how much of my heart I would pour into every single part of it. This has always been a one-woman operation — every roast, every early morning, every late night, every market, every bag packed by hand, every drink served with love.

And lately… this little business has outgrown the equipment that helped build it. Goodbye Cloudia, hello Big Red!

Because of your support, I upgraded to a larger coffee roaster. Honestly, even typing that feels surreal.

This isn’t just about roasting more coffee. It’s about creating a more sustainable future for this business and for myself. It means I’ll be able to extend coffeeshop hours and open more days, spend more time building community, say yes to more collaborations and creative projects, and continue growing without constantly feeling stretched so thin.

For the first time in a long time, it also means the possibility of a little more balance — more space to breathe, rest, create, and enjoy the work I love so deeply.

There were so many moments along the way where I questioned if I could really do this on my own. Building something from the ground up as one woman wearing every hat is beautiful, exhausting, rewarding, and overwhelming all at once. But every person who showed up, bought a bag of coffee, shared my posts, brought a friend into the shop, or simply believed in what I was building helped carry me here.

This new roaster represents growth, yes — but also trust. Trust in this community. Trust in the future of this business. Trust that all the hard work is turning into something meaningful.

Yesterday's coffee break was pure bliss! Two lovely customers surprised me with homemade Norwegian sandbakkels 🥰. The combination of buttery goodness and tartness paired perfectly with my macchiato - the ultimate afternoon boost 🍋☕️
