It's been quiet on the BBQ front for a while. But, Kevin has decided he is going to be Smoking Salmon for us on New Year's Eve. And while he's doing it for our family, he's willing to fill up the smoker if anyone else is interested.

If you are interested in any smoked salmon for pick up on December 31st, please email us by Friday, 12/16. It will run $25.99/lb and will be ready for pick up from noon - 1PM (later times can be arranged if needed). You don't have to order a whole fillet ... just tell us how much you would like and we'll cut your portion accordingly. And remember . . . it is delicious hot or cold!

The market price of this tasty fish makes it a pricey treat, for sure. But I will say, it is delicious!

Hey, all you BBQ fans, did you hear that Kevin is finally going to take some time to fire up the smoker again? If this makes your mouth water, you'll want to put Sunday, September 25th, from noon till 4 PM on your calendars to come out to the farm for our Blooms and BBQ Event! Come out and pick some dahlias, pick up a sandwich to eat or both! On the Menu will be pulled pork sandwiches and our loaded baked beans. We look forward to seeing you next Sunday! So, due to the overly busy season that Kevin is in right now with his real job (on the farm, LOL!), he has decided that he will NOT be barbecuing again until September.

Starting on Saturday, September 10th, he will have BBQ available Saturdays from 11AM - 2PM when we're also open for Cut-Your-Own dahlias. We'll post each week what will be on the menu. Here's a sneak peak . . .

September 10th - Pulled Pork or Pulled Chicken Sandwiches with Loaded Baked Beans! More details later!

To all those who follow Kevin and his BBQ schedule, there has been a change!! He WILL NOT be doing Q next Saturday, July 23rd. We'll keep you posted on any additional changes. At present, our next Q will take place August 13th. Meat of choice is currently up in the air. While brisket is super yummy, it is also super expensive right now (what meat isn't??). Once he decides on what he is going to do, we'll let you all know!! Take care, friends.
Anyone be interested in ribs again? or what about pulled chicken breast? We value your opinion!
