We wanted to reach out regarding a recent issue with our credit card processing system. Due to a technical problem at the bank level, some transactions were not processed at the time of purchase. We only discovered this issue when our credit card machine stopped working, and upon investigation, we found that certain transactions had been stuck in the bank’s system.
The bank is now processing these delayed transactions in batches. However, we do not have access to see which individual transactions were affected, nor do we control the timing of when each one will be processed. If you notice a delayed charge from us on your credit card statement, this is likely the reason.
We understand this may be unexpected, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may cause. We willl reimburse any bank fees or overdraft charges incurred to you.
