Lil’ at home R&D for of High Five Meats and Cowboy Meat Company. Working on seasoning ratios with a Madras curry lamb burger for retail pack to bring ready-to-grill patties to you.
The curry comes from Montana Tea & Spice Co. out of Missoula and the rest of the components came from our home kitchen:
A Naan Poppy Seed Bun, Grilled Baby Eggplant from the garden, Coralene’s garden Greens, Larry Ferro’s Ghost Peppers in an Aioli, a Tahini and Truffle Hot mustard, Goat Feta, Mango Bacon, Black Lentil Caviar, blah blah blah, etc. Despite how much was going on with this burger and the fact that we ate it cold, you could still taste a very nice balance of curry that cooperated really well with the rest of the components. Sara’s lamb is incredibly mild but unmistakable. 10 outta 10, would do it again.
