The seasonal return of a favorite is here!

These (mostly) mild East Asian peppers are blistered and finished with sesame oil, chili flakes, and some furikake (Japanese seasoning that contains dried seaweed, sesame seeds, and some salt). Nestled against a squid ink aioli, these shish*tos will surprise you; every 1 in 10 peppers may pack a spicy punch!

After four incredible years, today we’re saying a bittersweet goodbye to our amazing Front of House Manager, Robyn 💛

Robyn has been such a huge part of the heart and soul of Walkers, bringing warmth, leadership, and a genuine care for both our team and every single guest who walked through our doors. It’s hard to imagine the place without her energy and dedication.

While we’re going to miss her more than words can say, we couldn’t be happier for her as she starts this new chapter—moving into a day job so she can spend more precious time with her son, Charlie. Family always comes first, and we’re so glad she gets that time with him.

Robyn, thank you for everything you’ve given to Walkers. You’ve left your mark here in the best possible way, and you’ll always be part of our story.

Please join us in wishing her all the love and luck in this next adventure—we’ll miss you so much! 💫

PBR Weekend calls for a proper Old Fashioned. 🤠🥃

This weekend, while supplies last, our House Old Fashioned will feature Straight Bourbon.

Horse Soldier Bourbon was created by a group of former Green Berets, including members of the team that rode horseback into Afghanistan in the days following 9/11. Their story inspired the film 12 Strong and the America’s Response Monument at Ground Zero in New York City.

Today, those veterans continue that legacy through Horse Soldier Bourbon and the work they do supporting veteran organizations, the Green Beret Foundation, and the preservation of the Horse Soldier monument. It is a brand with a story we are proud to support at Walkers.

Expect rich notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and warm spice in every sip.
