Evan Joda and Steven Nicol are a couple of local Montana guys who have worked their way up from the dish pits to management at several pizzerias in town That is why Pie Guys Pizzeria uses Montana-made incredients such as Redneck sausage and West Montana flour. We also have a smaller menu, which enables us to focus on the quality of our pizza and wings. Attention to detail is what makes us better.The Pie Guys menu will never grow old. One of our recent changes have been our sauce! Every pizza shop I've worked at before always added water. And a lot of it. Well the best pizza places in the world don't add water, so why should we?! Check out our new and improved pizza sauce! Day TWO of the International Pizza Expo is in the books! Spent today learning more about pizza sauce, attended the Pizza Dough Bootcamp seminar, and checking out some new POS Systems that will make taking orders, and the customer online order experience better! Even met fellow Montana Pizza owners from Ranger Joe's out of Kalispell! Then to top it all off, got to witness some INCREDIBLE Pizza Acrobatics! HUGE thank you to my crew for holding down the fort while I'm here. And a HUGE thank you to my wife and biggest supporter Helen for holding down the home front. Can't wait to get home and start messing around with some fun new techniques and recipes!!

HEY GUYS!!! Evan here, back at the International Pizza Expo down in Vegas! 🤘🤘 After last year, the amount of knowledge I gained to make a BETTER Pizza was incredible. I'm back again because I'm not done learning. My promise to my customers, and my staff is to continue to learn and evolve my little shop into the BEST experience. I ALWAYS have a tremendous amount to improve. You spend your hard earned money with us, and I do not take it lightly.
