Truly a fascinating group of world renowned authors and historians in Montana for the 150th anniversary of the Battle of the Bighorn. The amount of knowledge around one table at a private in home dinner is unfathomable.

A nice herby encrusted new Zeeland rack of lamb, over Moroccan brown rice salad with orange, mint, cumin, dates, almond and feta. Ancho and pomegranate reduction, wood fire grilled pita, fresh tzatziki.

Mixed local greens, charred peach, pistachio, dried cranberry, chevre, shallot, lemon vin.

Smoked pork slider, chicken lollipop, white cheddar and smoked gouda mac, poppyseed slaw, mini honey corn muffin, house pickles and onion, sweet and spicy sauce trio.

Mixed berry cobbler with scratch crumble, wilcoxsons huckleberry ice cream.

3 courses plated, authentic bbq trays, and lots of love!

Did you know that our services and hospitality are not just for the day of ceremony? We just finished up a long weekend at the incredible The Barnsion with a private rehearsal dinner on Friday, a proper southern bbq wedding feed on Saturday, and a ranch breakfast today for all of the wedding guests! Rachel Glynn made some incredible cupcakes for our guests to send them off with a little love and a little sugar. One phone call, all your needs, zero worry. Also, if you want to get to the top of our list, we kindly accept overnight accommodations in a stagecoach as incentive :)

A wonderful night of Theater!
We've gotten a few fan requests to list our menu for the evening when we post photos so here we go friends! Sorry for the long post!

Purple Prairie Deviled Egg -
Pickled beet soaked Ryegate eggs, curried yolks with turmeric, local honey, tiny forrest micros.

Stop, Drop and Roll-
Seasoned sushi rice, oak and smoked salmon, radish and jalapeño, Japanese pineapple BBQ, sriracha mayo, furikake sesame.

Prairie Fire Burnt Ends-
Rattlesnake and rabbit sausage burnt ends, honey and charred peach glaze, maple bourbon goat cheese, fresno chilie, tiny forrest greens.

Prime Rib -
Oven roasted, cubed, horseradish crema, pea tendrils.

Tartes-
Chocolate cherry mousse, and whipped lemon curd with raspberry!
