SALMON - Seared Loch Duart Salmon on a bed of red lentils cooked in soffrito with a potato fumet sauce and fried leeks. Just typing that made us salivate.

BRANZINO - Chef Talia really created a masterpiece with this one. Skinless branzino, baked in butter with a roasted butternut squash boullabaise, sauteed spinach, and diced roasted squash. Perfection.
